Anesthesiologist – 30 Minutes North of Worcester, MA | 10 Weeks PTO
- W-2 employed Anesthesiologist opportunity
- Full-time with less-than-full-time options available
- Join 4 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs in a collaborative care-team model
- Mix of personally performed cases and CRNA supervision
- 6 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, and 1 procedure room
- Approximately 5,000 cases annually
- Broad case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, GI, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and interventional radiology
- No OB, trauma, cardiac, or major pediatric cases
- Home beeper call , shared equally among the physician team
- $500K base salary plus incentive opportunity
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- 10 weeks PTO for full-time physicians, prorated based on FTE
- Comprehensive benefits and paid malpractice with tail
- North Central Massachusetts location with convenient access to Worcester and Boston
