Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a highly organized Corporate Program Coordinator to support program operations and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, documentation management, and communication between program stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Assist program managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring program activities.
Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication between program stakeholders.
Track program milestones and deliverables.
Documentation Management
Maintain program documentation, reports, and operational records.
Prepare program status reports and presentations for leadership.
Ensure proper document control and record retention.
Reporting & Compliance
Assist with program reporting and performance metrics.
Ensure documentation meets internal compliance standards.
Support audits and program documentation reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with finance, operations, and HR teams to support program execution.
Assist leadership with process improvements related to program operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential project information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government contracting programs or defense-related initiatives.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
