Affiliate Specialist
829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a growing subject matter expert who thrives on program execution, technical optimization, and the management of complex partner ecosystems.
As an Affiliate Specialist, you will support affiliate strategists and managers with day-to-day program management and platform oversight. We are looking for someone who balances the art of partner recruitment with the science of data attribution and performance enhancement. You will be responsible for cultivating high-impact partner relationships and overseeing the technical health of affiliate platforms. You will act as a strategic bridge between client objectives and partner execution, ensuring partners are communicated with effectively and programs are optimized for performance.What You'll Do:
- Program Execution: Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
- Partner Recruitment & Management: Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
- Client Communication: Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, adding your expertise to discussions, building strategy, and conducting presentations on program performance and future initiatives.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless operational execution across client accounts.
- 2-5 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and present data that informs client strategy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
- Relationship-driven, focusing on nurturing and managing key partner relationships to ensure partnership success for both clients and the agency.
- Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and deadlines simultaneously.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 We determine compensation based on experience, demonstrated skills, and current market conditions at the time of hire to ensure fairness and consistency across roles.
