Associate Dentist
Job Description
Job Description
We are seeking a personable and skilled dentist to join the team at our well-respected, and highly reviewed private multi-specialty practice. The position is for 2-5 days a week, with flexible scheduling and an opportunity for growth. Our modern and well-equipped digital dental office is just north of Boston and has easy access to major highways. We are primarily a fee for service practice with limited insurance and PPO participation.
Working independently and directing your clinical staff, you will be treating new and existing patients of the practice. We have a strong clinical and front office support team that keeps the schedule running smoothly. You will feel at home in the practice as the staff supports your daily schedule and workflow.
Unlike some traditional associate positions, here you will have clinical autonomy to work independently with patients, and provide a full range of care from treatment planning through completion.
Collaborating with our team, you will be able to offer patients comprehensive restorative and cosmetic options, including implant placement and restorations, multi-unit crowns and veneers, implant retained and removal prosthodontics, and orthodontics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for existing, and new patients of the practice
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and education on oral health practices
- Work with our friendly and talented dental staff to ensure efficient office operations and patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Massachusetts dental license.
- Min of 2 years private practice or similar working experience.
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care treatment planning, and comfort.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dentist with long-term career goals and a desire to grow and develop within a practice. Join our dedicated team where you can make a significant impact on the oral health of our community while advancing your career in dentistry.
We offer a competitive compensation package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and a pathway to future profit sharing / partnership.
If you are a talented and passionate dentist looking a opportunity for stability and growth in a multi-specialty dental office, you are encouraged to apply.
