As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• No Set schedule - On call - must be able to work weekends and 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Can guarantee one 8 hour shift a week

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Client Support and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients for this location, addressing their inquiries and concerns and reporting them to the Reception Manager.
• Facilitate Regular communication to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Visitor Management and Access Control: Perform similar duties as reception officers.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors, guests, and employees to the office
• Managing the front desk and reception area
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression
• Directing visitors to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members
• Managing visitor sign-in processes and security protocols
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Coordinating with various departments to support meetings and events
• Maintaining a professional and organized reception area

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
