Full-Time Nanny
Full-Time Nanny – Winchester, MA
A warm and welcoming family in Winchester is seeking a caring, experienced nanny to provide attentive, engaging care for their two young children—a 2.5-year-old daughter and a 6-month-old son. Both parents work from home and are looking for a professional who can confidently take the lead during the workday while fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment.
About the ChildrenTheir daughter is energetic, curious, and loves adventure—whether it’s trips to the playground, library story time, or exploring new places. Their infant son is sweet and observant, beginning to sit up and engage more with the world. Both children benefit from consistency, patience, and active engagement.
Position Details- Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible on days)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Commitment: Long-term (through early childhood years)
- Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
- Location: Winchester, MA
- Provide attentive, loving care for both children
- Safely manage the needs of an infant and toddler simultaneously
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Encourage outdoor play, outings, and social experiences (parks, libraries, etc.)
- Prepare children’s meals and handle related cleanup
- Support emotional development with patience and positive guidance
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to provide 3–5 professional references
