Lead Recruiter
Take the lead in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy for a fast-growing stealth startup as a Lead Recruiter. You will work closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to define talent needs, design sourcing campaigns, and build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates across the organization.

Base pay range
$220,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
This range is provided by Stealth Startup. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
What You’ll Do- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, managing the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
- Mentor and support recruiting team members to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage multiple hiring projects and candidate pipelines simultaneously with excellent communication and follow-through.
- Partner with marketing and employer brand teams to drive targeted talent attraction initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment, with demonstrated leadership in building talent acquisition strategies in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience recruiting across multiple functions, preferably including technical and business roles.
- Strong expertise with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and applicant engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for coaching and developing recruiting talent.
