This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one. Picture your first morning: you review a fresh blueprint, dial in your setup with a part indicator to establish origin, and bring a complex short‑run part to life—holding extremely tight tolerances. You verify the first article with precision tools, document results, and keep production flowing by maintaining pristine machines and tooling.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling equipment for short‑run and prototype builds
• Machine to extremely close tolerances; fit and assemble components when required
• Interpret detailed blueprints and manufacturing documentation
• Perform turning, drilling, tapping, and deburring operations as needed
• Establish accurate work origins using part indicators; adjust setups to meet specifications
• Confirm machines are in excellent working order and ready for production
• Conduct first‑article inspections with measurement tools and complete inspection reports
• Maintain and manage tooling to ensure consistent quality

What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands‑on CNC machining experience
• Proven success in short‑run/prototype environments
• Expertise reading blueprints and executing inspections
• Experience machining large parts

Schedule & Pay

Hours are: Monday through Friday – First Shift

The pay is up to $42.00 an hour based on experience
