BVTi Evening Instructor - Electrical (Journeyman 3)

Description: Candidate will instruct students in Electrical Journeyman 4 BVTi program.

Knowledge of the competencies and skills required for students to prepare for and pass the Journeyman exam. Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Responsible for all related theory instruction for the program.2.Monitors student progress throughout the program and accommodates the needs of individual students as they may arise.3.Responsible for the maintenance of individual records for each student.4.Helps to maintain a safe, clean and secure instructional environment for adult learners.5.Analyzes data and student feedback to develop appropriate recommendations for future classes.6.Knowledge of National Electric Code topics such as current National Electric Code (NEC); understanding the National Electrical CodeQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation: 1.Based on credentials, approvals and experience, the successful candidate will be paid within an hourly range of $60.00 - $70.00/hour, NTE 162 hours for services rendered, payment contingent upon completion of course content.2.Payment contingent upon completion of all responsibilities, as required to meet program outcomes and approved by the Director of BVTi.3.Payroll Time Sheet invoices must be completed and submitted to the program Director for payment.4.This is a non-benefit temporary position
