Row 34 is an award-winning, high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in the Seaport and Kenmore Square neighborhoods of Boston, MA; Cambridge, MA; Burlington, MA; and Portsmouth, NH. Row 34 Kenmore is looking for a General Manager to join the team of hard working professionals. This management position will invest heavily in Row 34’s service, hourly and management teams and the overall operations of the restaurant. This role requires the GM and CDC to be in lock step with one another, a united front for preparation and execution of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant.

• Partner with the leadership team to execute daily operations.

• Train, support, and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests.

• Foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.

• 1+ years of General Manager experience.

• Must be professional, confident and kind

• Must be a strong leader with strategic management skills

• Possess the ability to drive performance and success

• Foster a dynamic, fun and inclusive culture

• Should be excited about learning, teaching, mentoring and stepping out of comfort zones

Salary is competitive at $90K/year plus the following benefits:

• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation - Annually (increases to 3 weeks at year 3, 4 weeks at year 7)
