In connection with your candidacy, you will be asked to carefully review the Tetra Way letter, authored directly by Patrick Grady, our co-founder and CEO. This letter is designed to assist you in better understanding whether TetraScience is the right fit for you from a values and ethos perspective.

It is impossible to overstate the importance of this document and you are encouraged to take it literally and reflect on whether you are aligned with our unique approach to company and team building. If you join us, you will be expected to embody its contents each day.

What You Will Do

The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, the Program Manager is the operational heartbeat of our customer delivery organization. You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Implementation Project Managers (SPMs) to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the TetraScience Operating System (OS).

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a rare blend of executive-level program governance and deep technical execution. You will be responsible for the professional growth of your team while personally driving our most strategic, high-stakes enterprise programs to the finish line.

  • Team Leadership & Scale: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Senior Implementation Project Managers. You will be responsible for their professional growth, performance management, and ensuring the team embodies "Extreme Ownership."
  • Strategic Delivery: Directly lead the end-to-end delivery of 1–2 of our most complex, "first-of-its-kind" enterprise programs, setting the gold standard for how the TetraScience OS is implemented.
  • Standardize the Playbook: Transition our delivery from "bespoke" to "industrialized." You will author high-fidelity documentation, work instructions, and implementation frameworks in Confluence to ensure a "single source of truth."
  • Portfolio Governance: Establish KPIs and live dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the health of all product development. You are the final point of escalation for delivery blockers across the CCO’s organization.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and "Sciborgs" to align technical dependencies (Cloud, Data Engineering, AI models) with customer commitments.
  • Executive Engagement: Represent the CCO’s office in C-level conversations with our Life Science partners, navigating organizational complexity and ensuring long-term customer value.

Requirements

What You Have Done

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a technical, customer-facing environment (Hyperscalers, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Biopharma).
  • Direct Management Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing other Project Managers or technical leads.
  • The "Tetra Way" Alignment: You thrive in ambiguity, move with extreme urgency, and have a track record of "same-day" risk escalation.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and how data underpins AI/ML.
  • Documentation Mastery: Ability to design blueprints and visual workflows (LucidChart, Miro, etc.) that simplify complex technical operations.
  • Scientific Domain Knowledge: Experience with laboratory data, GxP compliance, or a background in Life Sciences/Biotech.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied AI at Scale: Experience delivering large-scale data engineering or AI/ML initiatives where data quality and orchestration were mission-critical.

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid benefits for all eligible employees and immediate family members
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • 401K
  • Flexible working arrangements - Remote work
  • Company paid Life Insurance, LTD/STD
  • A culture of continuous improvement where you can grow your career and get coaching
