The Role Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot critical facility equipment to ensure smooth operations and strict compliance.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or high-tech manufacturing.

  • Technical Mastery: troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

  • Licensing: Relevant HVAC certifications or state licensing preferred.

  • Mindset: Highly detail-oriented and committed to a compliant, sterile workspace.

salary: $80,000 - $93,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor and manage building automation systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to building emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments on facility-related projects and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
