Adult Direct Care Worker up to $27/hr
We are seeking Adult Direct Care Workers to support residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities, including those with mobility challenges. This position involves significant physical tasks, such as lifting and assisting with hygiene. The role offers up to $27/hr and includes various shift options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
- Administer medication, address concerns, and offer physical assistance as required
- Assist with daily living activities, including self-care, hygiene, leisure, and social skills
- Participate in meetings and accompany individuals to appointments, using state vehicles when needed
Requirements:
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including at least one booster
- Reliable transportation (car preferred)
- At least 6 months of experience as a Direct Care Worker
