Travel Nurse

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Float Pool RN – Med Surg / Telemetry

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (Weekends & Holidays Required)

Position Overview

Float Pool RN with strong Med Surg Telemetry experience. RN must be able to pass a Telemetry Competency Exam and will float to like units and overflow areas as needed.

Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Must be able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam
• AHA BLS Certification (current)
• AHA ACLS Certification (required)
• Documented professional development activities
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Able to float to like units and overflow areas

Charge Nurse experience preferred

Testing Requirement (Pass/Fail – One Attempt Only)

• ECG/Dysrhythmia Test
• Medication Test

Tests are administered by via Zoom prior to assignment.

• Must test within 48 hours of offer
• Passing score: 85%
• No remediation or re-test permitted
• Study guide provided by client (strongly encouraged to prepare)

Important Submission Requirements

• BILH coversheet required at time of submission
• Flu vaccine required during compliance
• Provide candidate’s interview availability at time of submission
• All RTO must be disclosed at submission

Additional Policies

• No local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
• Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible
• Must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months to be considered
