Clinical Warehouse Technician

• Pay: $21/hour

Distribution & Shipping

• Process distribution orders for site and depot shipments, including picking, packing, and shipping using JDE and courier software.

• Ensure all required documentation is completed and included for domestic and international shipments.

• Identify, prepare, and pack shipments according to required conditions (e.g., cold chain, DG, hazmat, DEA).

• Communicate shipment-related issues with Distribution Service Administrators and/or the Distribution Project Manager.

• Process clinical protocol returns in accordance with accountability requirements.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Accurately record all material movements manually and electronically.

• Perform core ERP warehouse functions, including:

  • Receiving to stock

  • Inventory transfers

  • Material issuance to work orders

  • Returns to stock

  • WIP moves

  • Finished goods moves

  • Ship confirmations

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift.

Production & Order Management

• Stage, issue, and deliver work orders for Clinical Production.

• Create and issue work orders to Production.

• Create and issue sales orders for processing.

Compliance & Quality

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
