Clinical Warehouse Technician

- Pay: $21/hour
Distribution & Shipping
Process distribution orders for site and depot shipments, including picking, packing, and shipping using JDE and courier software.
Ensure all required documentation is completed and included for domestic and international shipments.
Identify, prepare, and pack shipments according to required conditions (e.g., cold chain, DG, hazmat, DEA).
Communicate shipment-related issues with Distribution Service Administrators and/or the Distribution Project Manager.
Process clinical protocol returns in accordance with accountability requirements.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
Accurately record all material movements manually and electronically.
Perform core ERP warehouse functions, including:
Receiving to stock
Inventory transfers
Material issuance to work orders
Returns to stock
WIP moves
Finished goods moves
Ship confirmations
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift.
Production & Order Management
Stage, issue, and deliver work orders for Clinical Production.
Create and issue work orders to Production.
Create and issue sales orders for processing.
Compliance & Quality
Maintain knowledge of and comply with all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
