The Opportunity : Join our team as a Dishwasher and contribute to the impeccable dining experience we provide to our valued members and guests. As a crucial member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Duties And Functions
Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service.
Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed.
Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies.
Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations.
Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required.
