Innovation Planner
We are looking for an Innovation Planner who is strategic and forward-thinking to join our team. The Innovation Planner will be in charge of coming up with new projects, processes, and products that fit with the organization's goals and then planning and carrying them out. This job will be very important for finding new market opportunities, encouraging creative solutions, and making sure that innovation projects are carried out successfully throughout the company.
Key Duties:
Lead the search for, evaluation of, and ranking of new ideas for products, services, and processes.
Lead teams from different departments in the planning and execution of new projects.
Do market research, look at trends, and compare your business to others to help you plan for strategic innovation.
Make and keep up with project plans, innovation roadmaps, and timelines.
Work with both internal and external stakeholders to get ideas and run brainstorming sessions.
Keep an eye on how the project is going and give senior management regular updates.
Look at the risks, chances, and possible effects of new ideas that have been suggested.
Set goals for how well new ideas will work and keep an eye on how well they are doing.
Help create an organization-wide culture of creativity and always getting better.
Write and give reports, proposals, and suggestions to the leaders.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, innovation management, strategic planning, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
More than two years of experience in planning new ideas, making plans for the future, or managing projects.
Able to handle many projects and deadlines at once in a fast-paced setting.
Good at analysing, researching, and solving problems.
Knowing how to use project management software and tools like Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
Great at talking, helping, and giving presentations.
Have led teams from different departments and made changes happen.
A creative mind that has a history of coming up with new ideas.
Pay per hour: $38 to $55, depending on experience and qualifications.
