Job Title: Aviation Station Manager
Job Description
The Station Manager will oversee the successful operation of the station, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met. This role involves coordinating with all departments and managing a successful customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational success.
- Oversee quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Manage and enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relations with customers and partners.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
Essential Skills
- Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
- Five years of previous line maintenance experience.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Broad-based management experience in aviation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Positive working relationship with airlines and fractionals.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- At least two years of directly related experience.
