Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Dentist opportunity in South Gardner, Massachusetts. Known as the “Chair City” for its historic role in furniture manufacturing, Gardner is a charming small city offering affordable living, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community. This role is located in a brand-new clinic serving the South Gardner population as part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing care to underserved and low-income residents across Central Massachusetts.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 to $155,000+ based on experience (higher potential for seasoned providers)
• Quality Incentive Bonus – Up to $4,200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures (pro-rated for part-time)
• Full-time Schedule – Monday to Friday with flexibility for a 4-day workweek and one evening per week until 8pm
• Health Insurance – ICHRA model with multiple plan choices (approx. $80 per pay period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance available
• Retirement Plan – 401(k) with 4% employer match, fully vested after 4 years
• Paid Time Off – 15 Vacation Days, 5 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, 10 Paid Holidays
• Health Time – Earn 4 hours per quarter for not using sick time (no cap)
• CME – 5 Approved Days Off and $3,500 Annual Allowance
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligible for $50,000 to $100,000 (NHSC)
• Malpractice Insurance Covered
• Relocation Assistance – Up to $3,500 reimbursement available

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, sealants, and prescribing medications
• Serve a primarily adult population with some pediatric cases
• Work collaboratively in a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, community-based care
• Report to the Chief Dental Officer
• Utilize Dentrix EMR system
• Maintain a flexible full-time schedule with one evening shift weekly

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Massachusetts dental license (limited licenses not accepted)
• Nitrous certification preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for working with underserved and low-income populations
