Job Title: Digital Experience Coordinator
Location-Type: Hybrid (open to remote, preference for 3 days onsite)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract (through end of September, potential extension)
Compensation Range: $30-$34/hour
Job Description:
Support digital app experiences by coordinating content, imagery, and menu updates across dual e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless and functional user experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and track content updates across legacy and new app platforms
- Coordinate with brand, development, and POS teams to ensure accurate menu and ordering functionality
- Monitor progress of assets such as imagery, content, and menu configurations
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure app content is visually accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards
- Troubleshoot content or ordering issues and escalate as needed
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
