Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports Sharecare's sales and marketing efforts through seamless event logistics, email and content execution, and day-to-day coordination that keeps our programs running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, highly organized communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Essential Job Functions- Coordinate logistics for events, including conferences, webinars, etc.
- Manage event timelines, scheduling, tracking, and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Support onsite or virtual event execution as needed (registration, collateral prep, shipping, vendor coordination).
- Assist with creating event briefs, run-of-show documents, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Support outbound email outreach campaigns, client newsletters, and marketing communications in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
- Help manage marketing calendars, project tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
- Assist with CRM updates, list management, and campaign reporting.
- Support coordination of gift mailings, client touchpoints, and promotional items.
- Support vendor relationships (printers, swag providers, event partners).
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation to streamline workflows.
- Effectively collaborate with business partners across the organization, including sales, marketing, design, and operations
- Identify and communicate how to best execute and measure webinar, email, ads, and other marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work across multiple marketing channels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with ability to work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience in marketing
- intermediate knowledge working in CRM and marketing automation, preferably Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft
