- Resume (Minimum 3 months of long-term care, Rehab experience).
- Skills checklist
- Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Driver's license
- Covid Card
- Accepting MA license

- Pay rate up to $46.00 hourly (Taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $69.00 respectively.
- Weekdays - Days (Pay: $40 & OT: $60.00), Evenings (Pay: $43 & OT: $64.50), Nights (Pay: $45 & OT: $67.50)
- Weekends - Days (Pay: $44 & OT: $66.00), Evenings and Nights (Pay: $46 & OT: $69.00)
- Referral bonus upto $500.00 for each successful referral.
- Shift booking through mobile application.
