Job Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will engage in daily tasks such as gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, continuously learning and understanding the manufacturing process, and monitoring machine operations. Expect a collaborative environment where you will work in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Gather and move materials to and from the production line.
• Ensure the quality of finished products.
• Engage in continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Monitor machine operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to be a team player, as this role involves collaboration and teamwork.
• Must have a High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working off a work order.
• Experience in any type of industrial environment.
• Machine operating experience can warrant higher pay rates and positions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
