South Grafton, MA | All Shifts Available | Contract-to-hire | $18 - $22/hr

Shift options with differentials:

• 1st Shift : 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift : 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (+10% differential )
• 3rd Shift : 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (+15% differential )

What You’ll Do

As an Extrusion Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly:

• Set up, operate, and break down extrusion equipment.
• Inspect and monitor products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Read and complete production paperwork accurately.
• Enter data into the SAP system.
• Follow ISO standards to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Keep your work area organized and clean.
• Collaborate with team members across departments.
• Prepare products for transfer to other departments as needed.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Support our Total Quality Management (TQM) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including ISO and lean initiatives.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience (extrusion experience is a plus!).
• Ability to distinguish colors (important for color‑coded materials).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
