Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Trade Show Booth Assistant / Brand Ambassador to represent LeadArt Biotechnologies at a major life science conference SLAS2026 in . You will engage with attendees, introduce our products and services, capture leads, and help deliver a professional, memorable booth experience. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role ideal for someone confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Event Details
- Dates: Feb 8–11, 2026
- Venue: (Booth <#723>)
- Hours: Daily shifts (approx. 6–9 hours/day，usually starts at 10am)
- Pay: <25-40$>/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Greet attendees, initiate conversations, and invite qualified visitors into the booth
- Deliver a brief scripted introduction and route visitors to the appropriate team member
- Capture leads using badge scanning and/or a web form; tag and note key needs (A/B/C priority)
- Support booth operations (keep materials organized, light logistics, schedule reminders)
- Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions and escalating technical inquiries
- Optional: post simple live updates/photos during the event (if requested by the team)
- Submit a daily lead report and top follow-ups at the end of each day
Qualifications
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus
- Outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching strangers
- Prior experience in bioscience trade shows, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Reliable and punctual; able to stand for long periods
- Comfortable using smartphones/apps for data collection
- Business casual attire; positive attitude and teamwork mindset
