Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week, every other weekend and holidays as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a fast-paced Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding quickly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
- Float to other units as needed, ensuring seamless care across the facility
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience required
- Telemetry experience and Basic Dysrhythmia course completion required
- Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be in hand at profile upload)
- Current Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
- Willingness to float to other units and work every other weekend and holidays
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Knowledge & Skills
- Competent in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with Meditech Expanse highly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
