- Update CRM: Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects.
- Achieve Goals: Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets.
- Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain Positivity: Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work!
- High School Diploma or GED: Your educational background provides a strong foundation.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You excel in delivering top-notch service and presentations.
- Strong Communication: Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, including mobile devices, apps, and online searches.
