Position Title: Manager Clinical Resource / Case Management (Travel)

Location: Hyannis, MA 02601

Job Type: Contract

Shift: Day | 5×8-hour shifts

Travel Pay Range: $85–$90/hour

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Manager Clinical Resource / Case Management (Travel) for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Staff Management

• Direct daily operations of Case Management and Social Work teams, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

• Support Clinical Documentation Improvement team functions as needed.

• Conduct unit rounding to identify workflow barriers and facilitate timely patient discharges.

Education, Training & Professional Development

• Design and deliver continuing education programs for Clinical Resource staff.

• Onboard new team members, including Case Managers, Social Workers, physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, on best practices in discharge planning and utilization review.

Program Monitoring, Compliance & Improvement

• Track, analyze, and report program compliance, developing dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead process improvement initiatives based on performance metrics.

• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes related to case management and utilization review.

Leadership, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Mentor and coach clinical teams to enhance collaboration across physicians, nursing, and Clinical Resource members.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending workflow enhancements.

• Actively support organizational goals and patient care best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.

• Current Massachusetts RN License.

• Minimum of 5 years of acute-care Case Management experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in process improvement.

• Experience developing and presenting continuing education programs.

• Knowledge of CMS regulations.

• Strong computer skills, including Windows-based systems.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Case Management or Clinical Documentation Integrity.

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
