Remote Senior Software Engineer, UI/UX

Your technical expertise will ensure the development of consistent, high-quality UI components that resonate with end users. Accountabilities
- Build, maintain, and update existing shared UI components for consistency across the system.
- Advise on UI/UX best practices, ensuring functional and refined components.
- Educate engineers on UX and design system guidance.
- Support product teams by creating new shared patterns or updating guidelines.
- Drive technical direction within the team and make key decisions for the design system.
- Identify and lead technical projects to develop reliable systems.
- Mentor junior team members through reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of industry experience in frontend engineering and design systems.
- Ability to drive complex technical initiatives independently.
- Experience in building shared UI components and developer tooling.
- Proficiency in system design and software architecture with a focus on user experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and frontend performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and technical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Openness to using AI to enhance skills and improve work efficiency.
