We are a values-driven, woman-owned group psychotherapy practice located at the base of Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, MA. Co-founded by two LICSWs, we offer a thoughtful blend of in-person, telehealth, and nature-based therapy, including walk-and-talk sessions and mindfulness-oriented care. What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking independently licensed social workers/therapists (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Massachusetts who are drawn to meaningful, flexible work in a supportive group practice. Ideal candidates value depth-oriented work, appreciate a small, tight-knit team, and are excited about blending traditional talk therapy with more holistic or experiential modalities. Clinicians with interest in hosting support groups/events or exploring outdoor/alternative healing spaces are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy through in-person sessions, telehealth, or a mix
• Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation using our EHR
• Engage with team members for peer consultation, collaboration, and resource sharing
• Help grow and shape our offerings - whether through group therapy, creative programming, or holistic modalities

Compensation:

Pay is session-based and paid per completed clinical service, as outlined below:

Therapy Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation: Pay Rate: $72-$75.00
Therapy Session/Psychotherapy (Standard, 53 minutes or longer) Pay Rate: $69-72.00
Therapy Session/Psychotherapy (Shorter, under 53 minutes) Pay Rate: $59-60.00
