**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter escalation.
+ Monitor access control systems and verify credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
+ Maintain a visible presence at the designated front desk area to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as needed.
+ Communicate professionally and/or escalate issues to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or site contacts as necessary.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
