Junior Project Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of client and internal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and upgrade projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and customer success.
Ensure projects align with business objectives and client expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within software/technology or legal tech.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Background in legal technology, document management, or professional services preferred.
Must be a US citizen or have working rights
