We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional HVAC repair experience and can work independently. WHY WORK FOR US YOU ASK! HVAC Technician

• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-up of commercial HVAC systems
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications
• Control wiring and high voltage
• Interprets blueprints
• Work-order documentation
• New equipment start-up and commissioning
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise

Experience

• 3+ years of experience is a MUST
• OSHA 10 Minimum; OSHA 30 a plus
• NH Gas Fitter License (Service Level)
• EPA Certified
