Transaction Manager - Retainer
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage transaction processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction management or related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and transaction processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions
