Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager I
Job Description
As a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our data center operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the development and implementation of data center facilities projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to plan, design, and execute these projects efficiently. Your expertise in data center infrastructure and facilities management will be instrumental in optimizing our data center environments, enhancing performance, and ensuring the highest levels of reliability and security.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage data center facilities development projects from concept to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business needs.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Oversee the design and implementation of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment, services, and maintenance.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure data center facilities meet operational requirements.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize data center energy efficiency and sustainability.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and key performance indicators.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
