Job Description:
Drive growth through data-informed website testing and optimization strategies for a leading enterprise SaaS client.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Execute A/B and multivariate testing on website content using platforms like Sitecore and Optimizely
-
Coordinate with Paid Media, Growth Marketing, and SEO teams to align site optimization with business goals
-
Interpret user behavior and analytics to identify opportunities and build hypotheses
-
Lead meetings and communicate test progress, results, and next steps to stakeholders
-
Stay informed on competitor activity and trends in CRO strategies

Build and manage data-driven testing roadmaps for web and landing pages

Deliver actionable insights from testing, analytics, and customer behavior research
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, Optimizely, Google Analytics, and 6sense
-
Strong communication, leadership presence, and strategic mindset

Experience with enterprise SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity
-
Ability to challenge ideas constructively and drive decision-making

Data-driven approach with experience interpreting site metrics

Background in design or creative strategy

Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Content Square, or Dynamic Yield

User research skills including surveys and usability testing
