Job Title: Hospice Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: Sandwich, MA

Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is looking for an experienced Hospice RN Supervisor to lead clinical teams and ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. This role combines leadership, staff support, and hands-on clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise RNs, LPNs, and Hospice Aides
• Manage patient admissions, eligibility, and care planning
• Review medications and ensure accurate reconciliation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Provide guidance on pain and symptom management
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care

Requirements

• Education: BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• License: Active Massachusetts RN License
• Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory role (hospice/home health preferred)
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Must pass medication administration assessment
