Sales Support Administrator | Customer-Facing | CRM & Order Processing
Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join a fast-paced team supporting veterinary sales operations. This role involves processing orders, managing CRM data, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and market trends.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in CRM and order systems.
- Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support closing efforts.
- Answer incoming sales calls, address customer inquiries, and provide product information.
- Process customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRM software and order management systems.
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sales support role.
