Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Maximo Functional Lead (EAM) opening for our premier client.

Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12 months

Overview:
We are seeking a Maximo Functional Lead with strong experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including hands-on involvement in migrations from legacy Maximo environments (7.x or earlier). This role will lead functional design, stakeholder engagement, and support a large-scale upgrade to MAS 8/9.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional design and configuration of Maximo solutions across business units
Support and drive migration efforts from legacy Maximo to MAS 8/9 environments
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into workflows, job plans, and asset structures
Partner with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and system validation
Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
Ensure alignment with EAM best practices and support process improvements

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x or 9.x)
Experience supporting or leading Maximo migration projects (7.x to MAS)
Strong knowledge of Maximo functional areas (work management, assets, job plans)
Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
Familiarity with data migration and testing processes

Preferred:
Experience with Maximo Manage
Experience in large-scale upgrade or transformation programs

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55 to $61 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
