- Learn and follow KinderCare specific lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs.
- Adhere to all state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid EEC Teacher certification.
- Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Background check clearance required.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
