Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Studio Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our staff and our customers. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, are proactive about maintaining a clean, efficient workspace, and ideally are interested in art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude, assist with purchases, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service by checking on guests, give detailed information about pottery types, and help to support customers in their painting
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
• Assist with essential studio operations including:
• Loading and unloading kilns
• Preparing and packaging finished pieces for pickup
• Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Weekly cleaning tasks
• Support instructors and staff with general studio needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (studio setting preferred)
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working in a hands-on environment
• Friendly, proactive, and dependable
• Interest in ceramics or arts is a plus
• Able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
• Must be 18+ to be considered

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Interview with Brand Manager
• Round 2: Interview with Owner / working interview
• Round 3: Paid one-month trial period

Schedule & Compensation:

• 15-20 hours per week
• $15/hour
• Work location: In person

*Please note, this is NOT a seasonal position. This is NOT a position to supplement a full-time job. Availability beginning at 12pm on weekdays (opening hours) and weekend availability is REQUIRED.
