Job Title: ENERGY SERVICES DATA ENTRY CLERKPosition Overview:
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files in support of the day-to-day operations of the Energy Services Programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Data Entry Clerk Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center to reflect current production pipeline.
- The Data Entry Clerk will monitor emails, logging documents and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems: Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP and LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines.
- Ensure client files comply with agency and funder requirements.
- Work as a team with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed including filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- When schedule requires remote work, expected to be available for meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties.
- The Data Entry Clerk attends all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- The Data Entry Clerk attends mandatory agency training and other relevant trainings.
- Comply with agency and funders' paperwork requirements and procedures.
- Participate in professional development activities and team meetings.
- The Data Entry Clerk maintain strictest confidentiality.
- Perform related work as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years' experience in Human Service or related field or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families that have low incomes.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience or
- Additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
