Endoscopy RN Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,330 - $2,390
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 22, 2025 – December 20, 2025)
• Healthcare Setting: Endoscopy Unit
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 9-10 hour day shifts (7:30am–5:00pm or 7:00am–5:30pm)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36-40 hours per week
• On-Call Requirement: One weekday on-call shift per week (5:30pm–3:30am), one 48-hour weekend on-call shift per month (Saturday 7:00am–Monday 6:30am), and holiday call shifts
• Location: Concord, MA 01742 – Top-rated New England healthcare destination with rich history, excellent dining, and outdoor activities

Endoscopy RN Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent Endoscopy RN experience
• Proficiency in advanced endoscopic procedures, including ERCP and EUS
• Ability to work independently in endoscopy procedure rooms
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Endoscopy Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Endoscopy Unit, prioritizing patient safety and comfort during all procedures
• Assist with advanced therapeutic endoscopy procedures, including ERCP and EUS
• Maintain clinical competency and adhere to healthcare facility protocols
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations for endoscopy nursing coverage
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with nursing standards
