We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  to provide Kâ12 school-based services  for the 2026â2027 school year . Whether you're an experienced school SLP or new to the field, youâll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details
- Caseload: Â K-12
- Schedule: Â MondayâFriday, Roughly 7:30 - 3:30
- Hours: Â 37.5 hours/week
- Dates: Â August 2026 â June 2027, with potential to renew
- Location: Â Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with studentsâ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Qualifications
- Minimum of masterâs degree in speech/language therapy or related subject.
- Licensed as Speech/Language Pathologist by the American Speech and Language Hearing Association (ASHA) CF (Clinical Fellow) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) license as Speech/Language Pathologist or ability to secure appropriate license
- Familiar with speech/language evaluation tools.
- Experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the provision of special education and the special education process.
- Knowledge of variety of students programming needs in K-12 setting.
