Job Title: RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: New York, NY (ZIP 10016)

Hours: 34.5 hours per week | 11.5 hours per day | 3 days per week

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (including holidays, as scheduled)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab to join a dynamic healthcare team in New York, NY. This role requires strong critical care expertise, cardiac catheterization experience, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will perform both scrub and circulate duties and support patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.

• Perform scrub and circulate functions in the Cath Lab.

• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient responses.

• Assist with IV insertion, phlebotomy, and other technical skills as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work assigned shifts, including holidays, as required by the facility schedule.

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience in an acute care setting.

• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.

• Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation administration .

• Ability to scrub and circulate in Cath Lab procedures.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Required: Associate’s Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.

• Active New York State RN License .

• Primary Source Verification of license and registration with the NYS Department of Education (NYSED).

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.

• American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification.
