A fast-growing provider of home infusion services is looking for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to take the lead at its Springfield, MA location.

What You’ll Lead

• Day-to-day pharmacy operations with full regulatory oversight

• Sterile compounding in alignment with USP <797> and <800>

• Accurate medication preparation and dispensing for home infusion patients

• Collaboration with physicians to optimize patient therapy

• Team hiring, mentoring, and performance management

• Pharmacy audits, documentation, and inventory control

• External relationships with healthcare partners and vendors

What You Bring

• Licensed Pharmacist (Massachusetts)

• 5+ years in home infusion pharmacy preferred

• Deep knowledge of sterile compounding regulations

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical pharmacy setting

• Sharp operational mindset with strong organizational skills
