Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
• Demonstrated clinical experience in speech-language pathology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
