You’ll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical systems and process equipment—preventing issues before they start and tackling the tricky ones when they appear.

• Champion safety and adhere to all workplace policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across shifts; communicate clearly to share knowledge and resolve issues.
• Offer and accept feedback with professionalism and respect.
• Anticipate changes, pivot quickly, and keep organizational objectives on track.
• Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and results focus.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diverse mechanical machines and process assets.
• Prioritize business needs to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems throughout the facility.
• Continuously expand your skills and adopt new technologies.
• Use computer software to plan, record, and communicate maintenance work.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts in accordance with safety standards.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Execute precision work: welding, pipe fitting, rigging, and lubrication.

Schedule

• Seven (7) workdays every two weeks:
  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• 12-hour shifts on nights
• Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• Built-in overtime includes Sundays and all hours worked over 40 in each week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a related 2-year technical/vocational degree strongly preferred.
• Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience (general mechanic, pipefitter, chemical manufacturing, refinery, etc.).
• Preferred: millwright and/or precision mechanic experience.
• General knowledge of electrical gear, motors, and controls.
• Desired: ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
• Must be willing and able to wear PPE: earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toed shoes.
• Physical demands include standing; walking (including stairs); twisting; bending; stooping; kneeling; crouching; crawling; or climbing for extended periods, and lifting/moving up to 45 pounds.
