Complex Litigation Associate Attorney

King, Tilden, McEttrick & Brink, P.C.
Mashpee, MA

National civil RICO/fraud litigation law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with several years of litigation experience. This position has an option to be predominantly remote (only occasional days in the office will be required).

This position entails, at a minimum, advising clients on complex investigations and participating as a member of a litigation team when those investigations lead to lawsuits. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to both work independently to understand, synthesize, and effectively write about complicated and fact-intensive issues and to work collaboratively to meet our clients’ expectations. This is also a position with an opportunity for growth. Associate attorneys in the practice group hiring for this position are given increasing responsibilities as they exhibit understanding of and enthusiasm for the firm’s work. It is entirely possible for a successful candidate to be leading (with partner oversight) investigations and actively conducting litigation within a year or two of hire.

It is imperative that candidates for this position have excellent writing skills. It is not possible to succeed in this position without excellent writing skills and writing samples will be requested during the interview process. Candidates must also be detail-oriented, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale litigation.

Candidates who have experience reading and understanding medical records and bills are particularly encouraged to apply.

King, Tilden, McEttrick & Brink, P.C. offers a competitive benefit package, which includes medical & dental insurance coverage on your date of hire, paid time off, short and long term disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, a flexible spending account plan, a 401(k) plan with a match, an identity theft plan, vision plan and access to a free, onsite gym.

Please email your resume and cover letter, including your salary requirements, to [email protected].
