Executive Vice President of Operations
- 10+ years in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in multi-market hospitality, property management, or real estate operations at a senior or executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent operational leadership training preferred.
- Proven ability to design and implement operational systems that drive profitability and efficiency across distributed markets.
- Strong command of P&L management, budget development, and cost control.
- Experience leading centralized purchasing or supply chain functions across diverse vendors and markets.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams; coaching senior managers; and building scalable infrastructure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% of the time to key markets and properties nationwide.
